I have been having acupuncture for a few different reasons and yesterday I went having had sinus issues for the past two weeks and not being able to get rid of the headaches. I was amazed that after treatment yesterday, today has been the first day with no headache. She is very friendly and approachable, extremely knowledgeable and would definitely recommend her.

I have been on a journey with my back and neck for many years. I wanted to try acupuncture but for some reason I didn’t get around to it. Then last year in September I started seeing Goolnora who is very professional, kind, supportive & very knowledgeable. Goolnora is very thorough with her consultation and she listened to everything I said. I felt very safe and very heard.
I had a few sessions and Goolnora used not only acupuncture but other treatments like iridology which is so interesting and is where Goolnora found I was also suffering with high uric acid levels which was causing pain in my joints. She suggested a diet change and we did a kidney detox, then liver detox. I feel so much better than I did. I am so grateful. Living with pain is not fun & after years of working with Physio’s, chiropractors, the NHS Goolnora has helped me more than anyone. Goolnora is so much more than acupuncture. If you’re looking for a holistic approach to healing then book an appointment. You’re future self will thank you.

Having never tried acupuncture, this experience exceeded my expectations. Goolnora is understanding, attentive, friendly, professional and kind. The treatment plan was tailored to my personal needs and helped me, no end. The cost is fair and in hindsight, money absolutely well spent. Would highly recommend Goolnora, especially if your problem isn’t something that the NHS can help with or resolve.

I had several treatments for my sinusitis. Goolnora provided very detail consultation and identify a treatment plan. After each treatment I feel an improvement to my symptoms. Very happy with all my sessions and highly recommend.

I contacted Gulnora about shoulder pain/trapped nerve. Thankfully, she managed squeeze in a last minute appointment for me. She treats with so much care and explains everything she does to make you feel at ease. She exudes professionalism, kindness and attention to detail. I love that she considers your whole body, not just the part that hurts. She asks focussed questions to find out connections. I would recommend her treatments without hesitation and will definitely be back with any ailment.

I came to see Gulnora for anxiety and women’s health issues for 6 months. This was my first time doing acupuncture and I felt very supported, heard and understood by Gulnora. She listened carefully to all my concerns and tried to get to the root cause. She always checked in with how I was feeling throughout the entire session each time which made me feel very safe. I came out of the sessions always feeling relaxed and grounded, and my women’s health issues have improved since seeing Gulnora. She’s a wonderful practitioner with a warm and kind personality. Would highly recommend Gulnora, especially if it’s your first time trying acupuncture!
